September Gnocchi Workshop

We’re making gnocchi in the garden, harvesting boxes of Herbs + flowers, and dining together!

Join us in the garden for a fabulous Organic Sweet Potato Gnocchi Workshop! It’s September, and the autumn garden is flourishing. We’re digging up the bright orange-colored tubers straight from the soil and gently mixing in farm-fresh eggs and flour to make these fantastic, autumn-inspired dumplings.

We’ll settle at the shady farm tables above the flourishing garden rows and enjoy an evening of cooking, dining and harvesting. Each guest will learn how to make fresh gnocchi using farm-fresh eggs, organic sweet potatoes, and organic flour. They will take home 1 pound of their hand-rolled gnocchi to enjoy. After class, we’ll gather around the table to feast on gnocchi with fresh garden vegetables and herbs. Lastly, guests will wander the garden rows and harvest their box of fresh flowers & herbs to take home. This is an action-packed, interactive outdoor workshop, and we are thrilled to offer this exciting experience that will have you fully involved in every step!

Farm owner Belinda and daughter Avery will head up this delightful early autumn workshop!

Space is VERY limited. This will be an intimate soiree!

  • Supper for each guest (includes dairy, wheat/gluten and eggs) *because of the nature of this class, we are unable to make substitutions for dietary restrictions.

Be advised this workshop is held outside in our summer garden. All paths are dirt and hilly. Folks who have a difficult time walking or being outside (in the potential warmth) would not be recommended to purchase this workshop.
