Lavender Sipping Chocolate

I’ve been spending a good deal of my afternoons with my grand-daughter and her number one request is sipping chocolate! We make it with a lavender twist and it’s the perfect cozy sipper for all ages on these cold winter days!

Combine in a small sauce-pan on low:

Whisk, simmer, and stir for 2 minutes until its a deep color and the chips have melted and smoothed.

Garnish with a pinch of lavender salt.

This makes about one large serving, it’s perfect for us to split into two small mugs. But if you have more busy bees buzzing around your kitchen, this recipe easily doubles, triples, etc. Give it a bit more time on the stove to heat through the more you upscale the recipe.

Cheers!
