Lavender Lattes at Home

We love our muddy cups of coffee here at the farm, but when we want a treat, we make these simple lavender lattes. If you have an espresso maker, pull two shots, or just pour a nice strong cup of drip-brew.

Ingredients

Four to Six ounces of strong coffee

1/4 cup of whole milk steamed (we like steaming ours with a splash of vanilla) *We find whole milk works best, but an organic oat or macadamia nut milk would also be lovely.

2 ounces of Lavender Syrup

Simply stir the syrup into the hot coffee and top with steamed milk! Best enjoyed curled up in your coziest chair with a warm blueberry scone.
